Alice in Wonderland March 6, 2011

Guess what we’re doing tomorrow? Going to paint the roses red at the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party! My 3 year old is super excited. This playdate is being organized by the fabulous ladies at the MOMS Club of North Kingstown/Wickford here in Rhode Island. I have some two-bite orange and cranberry scones to take. After all, what tea party would not be complete without scones? I made a little something fun for the play date:

I couldn’t decide if I prefer the “drink me” tags to be scalloped circles to match the party toothpicks or if these should be tags. What do you think? Any preference?

The font I used is called Alice in Wonderland and is inspired by Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland movie logo. It is available for download for free- for personal use only- from one of my favorite websites, dafont.com.

If you like these cupcake toppers/party toothpicks, then check out the Bright collection in my Etsy store. I have these party toothpicks available for shipping (a set of 20 for only $10…what a bargain!) and will soon be adding a matching Happy Birthday banner!
