Goals… March 5, 2011

My goal is to work on a different party aspect each week. I love making new things, playing with color combinations and being creative. Over the next few weeks, I will feature a different product and I will post the process on my blog… and of course my store on Etsy. I am pretty proud of the store and the work I’ve done so far but I’ve still got a long ways to go to reach my goals! So, keep reading and see what unique and creative party supplies I come up with.

I’ve decided to start a blog. Why? Doesn’t it sometimes feel like everyone has a blog? So, why me and why now? Well, I am starting a new business… a party supply store on Etsy. It isn’t easy setting up a business and making products, working out what people out there want and need. I’d like to share my experiences with others who are thinking of starting their own business. Hopefully, you’ll be able to learn from my mistakes and successes. Hopefully there’ll be more successes than mistakes. But, most of all hopefully you’ll be inspired to follow your dreams.

I plan on posting photos, tutorials, updates on products that I’ve made or find beautiful, things that inspire me, and reviews of various marketing/business pursuits!
