Chloe’s 4th Birthday Party May 12, 2012

I had the pleasure of designing a Little Knights’ Tournament for Thomas back in September and so I was thrilled when his mom asked me to design a bright colorful collection for her daughter Chloe. Mom Brigitte asked for bright colors- hot pink, apple green and bright orange. Have I ever mentioned how much I love bright colors? Needless to say, I was very excited to design this party printable collection.

Here are the cupcake toppers… featuring Chloe’s photograph, her age and name! When I design cupcake toppers, they are always square. The client can then choose to either keep them square or punch them with a 2 inch circle punch or scalloped circle punch. I think the mixture of the two- some square and some scalloped- looks really cute. What do you think?

Brigitte also asked me for popcorn cones. I’ve had a few clients ask for these recently so I am going to start offering them in my Etsy store as an option when you purchase a full collection. Other party food included cute ice cream cones filled with melon and sandwiches cut into hearts and flowers.

Check out the other party decorations- the gorgeous tissue pompoms, the Happy Birthday banners and the welcome sign to greet guests when they first arrive!

I love the favor bags that Brigitte made… they are super adorable!

Thank you so much Brigitte for sharing Chloe’s birthday party photos! It looks like a super cute party and I’m sure the birthday girl had a blast on her special day. Happy 4th Birthday Chloe!

The invites are now available in my Etsy store as well as water bottle wrappers, the cupcake toppers, the hang tags, and happy birthday banner!

Classic Girl Collection! April 1, 2011

New in my Etsy shop is the Classic Girl Collection! These are fantastic because you can have them personalized with your child’s name, age and photograph!  When you send me your child’s photograph, I will do basic photo editing such as cropping and turning the picture into black and white, at no additional cost! I love the bright colors in this collection and the stripe/polka dot combination is SO MUCH FUN for any age!

Check out this darling invite:

The invite measures 5″x7″ and you can either print at home on heavy, bright white card stock or upload it to an internet digital photo service to get printed. If you have it printed on photo paper, then make sure you choose the matte finish. This will look less photography and will not show fingerprint!

And of course, you know how much I love “welcome to the party” door signs. I they are a great way to get the party theme started as soon as your guest reach the front door! I can do additional personalizing to these signs (such as “take your shoes off and step inside” or “the party is in the back garden”). Here’s the one that comes with the Classic Girl collection:

Your little girl will love seeing her photograph on the party decorations! The rest of the collection comprises of a Happy Birthday banner, cupcake toppers and thank you tags/circles!

Remember the notecards with belly bands that I made for the Classic Boy collection? Well, I am of course offering the girl version! These are great to print and use as stationary for your little girl! Also, after the party, you can use them as thank you note cards. Since you print them yourself, you can make as few or as many as you need! The notecards are sized to 4″x 6″ so that you will get two per sheet of paper.

LaLaLoopsy Doll Party March 9, 2011

I am currently in the brainstorming phase of a LaLaLoopsy doll party for Megan’s soon to be two-year old! Have you ever heard of these? They are the new craze right now and sooo cute if you havent seen them yet. Their personalities come from the fabric of their clothes and each one has a little pet. A couple of my favorites are:

Peanut Big Top

Jewel Sparkles

And look, you can have even more fun by buying them little outfits! I want this swimsuit set in my daughter’s size!

Why didn’t they have these when I was a little girl? So much cuter than Cabbage Patch Kids and disgusting Garbage Pail Kids! Remember collecting those cards? Ugh… imagine having a party based around that.

Plus, I love that the colors for a LaLaLoopsy party are endless which means lots of creative fun. Think hot pink, with lime green and yellow. Or how about bright blue, white, hot pink and light pink? The combinations are endless. Jaiden, who will be 2 in July, is going to have such a beautiful birthday party. Great idea Megan! I am so excited to be working with you on this.

By the way, Debra, over at the blog, A Frugal Friend, does a great job of introducing these dolls and their personalities! Be sure to check out her blog for more LaLaLoopsy details.
