LaLaLoopsy Doll Party March 9, 2011

I am currently in the brainstorming phase of a LaLaLoopsy doll party for Megan’s soon to be two-year old! Have you ever heard of these? They are the new craze right now and sooo cute if you havent seen them yet. Their personalities come from the fabric of their clothes and each one has a little pet. A couple of my favorites are:

Peanut Big Top

Jewel Sparkles

And look, you can have even more fun by buying them little outfits! I want this swimsuit set in my daughter’s size!

LaLaLoopy Swimsuit Set

Why didn’t they have these when I was a little girl? So much cuter than Cabbage Patch Kids and disgusting Garbage Pail Kids! Remember collecting those cards? Ugh… imagine having a party based around that.

Plus, I love that the colors for a LaLaLoopsy party are endless which means lots of creative fun. Think hot pink, with lime green and yellow. Or how about bright blue, white, hot pink and light pink? The combinations are endless. Jaiden, who will be 2 in July, is going to have such a beautiful birthday party. Great idea Megan! I am so excited to be working with you on this.

By the way, Debra, over at the blog, A Frugal Friend, does a great job of introducing these dolls and their personalities! Be sure to check out her blog for more LaLaLoopsy details.

If you do a Lalaloopsy party think COLORFUL, BRIGHT and very WHIMSICAL!!! The Classic Girl collection from my Etsy store is perfect for this and I can modify the digital files to make them more LALALOOPSY! Glitter pinwheel wands- also available from my store- are very colorful and make great party favors/decorations for this theme.
